This year’s theme is “Coaching within Organizations.” Coaches who work in business will talk about how coaching is perceived and leveraged in the corporate world in Japan.
Our guest speakers will focus on:
— What is needed to be a successful business coach?
— How is coaching being utilized in organizations?
— What are some of the challenges and rewards of working in business?
The open and frank discussion of business coaching in Japan will consider multiple perspectives. From the executive coach’s viewpoint, what is the reality on the ground? From an HR viewpoint, what does an organization need to know when planning to introduce coaching for the first time? From the manager’s viewpoint, is there a more effective way to integrate coaching into the organization?
Coaching has a vital role in transforming and revitalizing organizations that are stagnating and unengaged. We invite you to take advantage of this conference to explore the opportunities for change throughout your organization.
