Come give a taste of coaching to potential new clients!
The Spring Coaching Fair is an opportunity for coaches to share their approach to coaching and for potential clients to come try coaching out, free of charge and without obligation, in a safe space.
As a coach, you are welcome to invite guests to come try out your coaching services. Clients will also be invited/notified about the Coaching Fair through Diversity Dojo, Metropolis, SIETAR, Chambers of Commerce Announcements, and other venues. Since this is an opportunity to share your coaching approach, you will not be compensated for your coaching services.
We can accommodate 14 coaches (6 private conference rooms, and 8 semi-private cubicles). We anticipate 40-50 clients, so not every coaching slot may be filled, offering you an option to chat in the Open Space or try out each other’s coaching styles in between the coaching sessions you offer to clients. Coaches are asked to commit to stay for the whole coaching period 2-5pm, Sunday, February 24.
Diversity Dojo, ICF Japan, and Hitotsubashi University ICS are hosting this event as a community service to spread coaching in Tokyo.
